QC Chemist

An Excellent Career Opportunity with Extensive Training Provided with a Global Leader who are Seeking to Add a Quality Control Chemist to the Team at their Nottingham Location

This is a Hands On Role, which Includes Working a Rotational Shift Pattern

ROLE

• QC Testing and Environmental Monitoring
• Assist Head of QC to Ensure Production and QC Activities are Performed to the Established Quality System in Accordance with cGMP
• Report KPI Data to the Facility Manager
• Ensure Ongoing Continuous Professional Development to Achieve Full Awareness and Technical Knowledge of All Current Legislation and Scientific Development Associated with Radiopharmaceuticals and Production of Same
• Ensure Adequate Stock Levels of QC Consumables are Maintained
• Assist in Facility Preparation for MHRA and Other Regulatory Inspections
• Assist in Periodic Review of Standard Operating Procedures and Generate Updates on New Procedures
• Report Monthly Customer Doses/Missed Doses/Credits to Accounts for Billing Purposes

REQUIRED

• Appropriate Scientific Degree, and a Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in a cGMP Environment
• Experience of QC Equipment/Apparatus, (eg HPLC, GC and IC)
• Experience in Analytical Chemistry Methods in a Pharmaceutical cGMP Environment
• Experience in Data Integrity, Method Validation and Equipment Qualification

REMUNERATION

• £40K P/A Including Shift Allowance
