Description

Manufacturers of Medicinal Radiocompounds, Used as Diagnostic and Therapeutic Agents, are Seeking to Recruit a Site Manager to Assume Operational Responsibility for Manufacturing Activities.  This is an Exciting and Challenging Career Opportunity

ROLE

  • Initial Key Responsibility to Help Drive the Project Management of a New Site, Including Liaising with Contractors and Functional Teams Across the Business, Ensuring Building and Equipment Serves Intended Functions and Employees are Trained in Specifics to the Operation
  • Manage the Site Operations to Comply with UK Licensing Regulations (Compliance to Health and Safety Requirements, MHRA and EA Licenses)
  • Ensure Consistent Achievement of a High Quality and Reliable Service, with Full Customer Satisfaction, Without Excessive Financial and Other Negative Impact
  • Ensure Consistent Achievement of Operational and Capital Budget Results
  • Contribute to Corporate Strategy
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development to Achieve Full Awareness of All Current Legislation and Scientific Development Associated with PET Radiopharmaceuticals
  • Conduct Operations to Prevent Risks to Health and Safety of Employees and Others
  • Ensure All Sub-Contractors Provide High-Quality Service
  • Effective Team Management, Ensuring High Levels of Employee Engagement, Retention and Performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Essential)

  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Site Management
  • Project Management
  • Leadership/Management of Production Operatives
  • Strong Delegatory Skills
  • Business Planning and Budgetary Control
  • Demonstrable Working Knowledge of MHRA Guidelines
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Organisational Skills, Including Performance Track and Trending
  • Quality-Minded Focus/Quality Management Systems

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Desirable)

  • Environment Associated with the Manufacture of Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Radiopharmaceuticals
  • EA Licensing Process
  • Set-Up of a Manufacturing Site

REMUNERATION

  • £60K + Bonus & Benefits
