Product Manager

Established. Global Leaders in the Provision of Specialist Treatment for Rare Health Conditions are Seeking to Appoint a Product Manager who will Report to the Therapeutic Area Manager, Contributing to the Further Development of the Current Long Term Business Plan and the Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Control of the Short-Term Operating Plan

ROLE

• Achievement of Sales and Marketing Objectives as Set in the Current Short-Term Plan for Assigned Products
• Contribute to Development and Achievement of the Longer-Term Strategic Plan and the Future Short-Term Segments for Assigned Products
• Co-Chair the Cross Functional Therapy Area Team and Provide Necessary Leadership, Ensuring Effective Implementation of Business Plans and Communication Between Key Internal Stakeholders
• Monitor and Analyse Sales, Market and Competitor Trends, Providing Quarterly Briefings
• Propose and Manage the Brand Specific Expenditure, Ensuring Alignment with Budget and Phasing
• Represent the UK Affiliate at EU Region and Other Relevant Meetings
• Develop and Manage Supplier Relationships
• Originate Promotional Items, Ensuring Compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and Legislation
• Support Therapy Area Team with the Coordination and Organisation of National and International Congresses

REQUIRED

• University Degree - MBA, Marketing, or Commercial Qualification Advantageous
• Sales and/or Marketing Experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector, Preferably in a Specialist Therapy Area

REMUNERATION

• £62K p/a Plus Excellent Benefits Package
