Description
Well Established, Successful Provider of Home Healthcare Services, Specialising in Respiratory care are Seeking to Recruit a Sales and Marketing Director to Join a Strategic Cross Functional Team and Reporting to the CEO, to be Directly Responsible for Setting the Strategic Commercial Goals and Implementing the Sales and Marketing Plans In-Line with Company Commercial and Marketing Goals
ROLE
- Developing New Business Strategies, Planning and Delivering Strategic Marketing Approaches through Research and Data Analysis, Reinforcing the Strong Company Brand and Building Long-Lasting Stakeholder Relationships
- Maximise the Return from Existing Long-Term Contracts
- Provide Effective Leadership of the Sales and Marketing Teams, Maximising Potential and Developing Team Members to Achieve and Exceed Agreed Goals
- Develop and Execute Annual Sales and Marketing Plans, with a Key Focus on Analysis of Market Trends to Establish Sustainable Achievement of Company Forecasts for Existing and New Business Platforms
- Identify Opportunities to Maximise Return from Existing Business Contracts
- Analyse, Investigate and Report on Sales Results, Market Trends and Embed Findings within Commercial Growth Strategies
- Develop and Introduce New Services
- Continually Analyse Marketing Strengths and Gaps, Including Competitor Analysis, Market Analytics, Demand Generation and Forecasting
- Drive Business Development Activities, Identifying Potential New Areas for Growth
- Lead Tender Management, Including Preparation, Planning and Bid Submission
- Responsible for Establishing a Strong Company Brand, Aligned with Corporate Image
- Oversee the Organisation and Relevant Attendance at National, International Conferences, Events and Exhibitions
REQUIRED
- Relevant Degree (Commercial/Sales)
- Degree/Diploma in Professional Marketing and Market Analytics
- Minimum of 7 Years’ Experience in a Senior Commercial Role in a Medical/Healthcare Company
- Proven Track Record of Building Strong Teams and Driving Growth in a Competitive Environment
- Proven Experience in Marketing, Including Market Data Analysis, Sales Trend Analytics and Utilisation of Results to Drive Commercial Strategies
- Demonstrable Experience in Building and Maintaining Key Stakeholder Relationships
- Demonstrable Experience in Growing and Developing Both Sales and Marketing Teams
REMUNERATION
